Staff was very helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. The room is very bare but has what you need. I will use this again for a quick budget friendly option. No breakfast provided despite what online postings may say.
I will say the cleanliness of the sheets were less than satisfactory and while the ac is nice it gets icy cold at night so being warm clothes for sleep!

The staff stood out the most for me. Juan and Airan (Alex) were very helpful during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located steps away from the ferry port and walking distance to everything on the island.

We really found that we enjoyed this hotel despite its affordability and modest decor. The staff was super friendly. The location was fantastic, only a 1 min walk from the ferry and centrally located within the central area in town with all the restaurants and shopping. We’d come back.

極佳 I have stayed here several times and it’s now my “go-to” spot in Isla Mujeres. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming, and the property in general (rooms, pool area, gym and other common areas are very well maintained). I have sent a few friends there and everyone was happy with their stay. And, you can’t beat the location and views! 😍 I had a last-minute change in plans during my last stay and they were very accommodating, went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
