Hotel idéalement situé et personnel très agréable

Clean room. Good location. The wifi doesn’t work, the staff gave limited English, however they were friendly. It’s a good place for the price we paid, however bear in mind, it’s very dated. We only stayed for about 10hrs, shower, sleep then leave. For this purpose it was fine.

When I take the night train to Trang I always stay at Thumrin because it is big enough to always have a room available for early check-in. Decor and furnishings a little long in the tooth but who cares at this price. Corner rooms have nice view but all the windows can challenge the air-con.

Hotel represents value for money, located in a good position near the railway station close to restaurants, bars and tour operators. Staff helpfull. Little English spoken in the hot as well as the local area. Wifi in the room was very spasmodic and required frequent logins. The hotel was clean but in need of some TLC. There was also no in-room safe or tea/coffee making facilities in the room as written in the room description.

I like location easy to walk around the city, The hotel very old and internet wifi very slow.

Better value compared to other 2 guest houses nearby.

Location is close to railway station and bars.restaurants and maybe a night market very close. Hotel is a big one and has probably seen better days..nonetheless a comfortable stay,helpful staff.

Good stopover hotel on the way to or from the islands. Well located by the train station with some restaurants nearby. Room spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The TV was dated. The only thing I found a bit weird was that when we asked the front desk to get us a cab to the airport, they told us to go outside and find a tuk tuk.

Great value for money. Convenient location to markets, transport and tour company offices.

good location, easy to find something to eat and free pick up service from airport
