We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!

Great hotel for a beach getaway. We loved our time at Sheraton Samui. Our room (King Seaview) was spacious with a balcony, and had most of what we needed. It would be great to have a coffeepod machine in each room as the packet coffee era is well and truly over! The rooms are nicely maintained although are getting a bit dated in ways, but have a lovely vibe for a beach holiday. The hotel is on a lovely beach with plenty of lounges and amenities for everyone. Breakfast was excellent and Monkey Bar a great eating and beach hanging location. We used the fitness centre - was great, although cleaning wipes and towels require more constant upkeep. The resort grounds are beautiful, really well maintained and lush. Staff were all excellent.

The staff were lovely!! The breakfast was amazing. They definitely made the stay worthwhile. The amenities are dated, same with the room. For the rating and the cost, it could be better.

Very visibly dated property. Surprised that it carried the SHERATON Badge . Towels, for a 5 star property were very worn out and thin amongst other things . Getting from one amenity to another required lots of steep walking , although there were golf carts available. Would I stay there again ???

The pools and grounds are amazing! Nice stretch of sandy beach. Our room was huge and decorated for our anniversary.

Excellent balance between quality and service prices…

The room was very clean and well maintained if a little old. Cool aircon (the fan is a little loud). The staff are very hey. Breakfast is great. The beach is great.

I would give the staff MORE than 5 stars if I could! They were all amazing. Not one staff member that we interacted with was anything less than incredible. They were kind, friendly, helpful, going out of their way repeatedly to help. Sheraton Samui, you have an awesome staff!

The rooms are spacious but somewhat outdated, with limited storage space for clothes. The window frames are wooden and have gaps, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room; we had to block them with tissues. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits.
