The hotel was generally really lovely, our family really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner, good selection of hot savoury options, althought the breakfast pastries and cakes were awful, dry and hard, as if been left out all week and not a great selection of fresh fruit or dessert options. The views from our room and the communal areas are stunning when it's not too cloudy. However, the property is a little dated and the rooms could do with a little update. Also, we were extremely disappointed that we couldn't use the pool (particularly our 6 year old) as the water was extremely cold, even in the jacuzzi, and for a 6 year old to say it's too cold...means it's too cold!! Cheap spa options, however the therapist could really understand English very well and therefore didn't listen to my request of being careful of an injury, actually causing me pain. Overall I'd recommend, but definitely room for improvement.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was great. The whirlpool needs some maintenance, the jets weren’t working properly and it was too cold. Had a massage and it was excellent.

Amazing stay at this hidden gem! Location was just as wonderful as the service provided. Sindhu made our stay extra special, and we are so grateful for the hospitality from her and the team!

It was a perfect place for hiking

A beautiful resort in a quiet, peaceful setting. The spa service was wonderful and dining quite good. Very nice breakfast buffet complete with egg station. Large room with private balcony. The grounds were impeccable and the walking trail a delight. We can’t wait to go back for another stay.

Location and view from our room is good. Wall insullation is poor. Noise from next room annoied us.

A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas with a fire going and enjoying a snifter of very fine cognac …. Need I say more? Not sure if we will ever get back, but if we do, I can’t imagine staying elsewhere.
