Worse motel and nothing close to this place it a lie stay away from this place.

This is a great hotel for short stays & budget person, as it covers everything you need

Excellent service I really like it. Thank you for everything 😊

Basic hotel but good value for what I paid. One elevator out of use and struggled to close bedroom door. Shower door loose. No AC just weak fan. Breakfast is basic. Off Main Street (with tram) and close to station but street itself appears questionable (security outside hotel)

Struggled with heat and sweating the whole night

Made a mistake when booking. Staff very unhelpful in solving the issue. And totally reluctant to even pick up the phone when the booking platform staff called them. Phone kept ringing but no one answered. We waited 20 minutes at the front desk before someone called the front desk staff. She offered no apologies. Breakfast is not quite desirable.

Unfriendly staff. Waited more than 20 minutes at the front desk until a female staff showed up. No apologies. Unhelpful to resolve booking issues. Cold and indifferent attitude from the staff. Playing with her phone seemed to be more important than the guests.
