The room was very cleanly kept and interior design was cute. Staff were friendly and nice. The only downside was that smell of sewage came out from our bathroom. If they were able to fix the problem, I would recommend staying in this hotel.

Pool was the best part of the hotel. Quiet, almost no users daily. Room was big and clean. Staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay!
Area is quiet, but recommended if you prefer serenity.

I was very happy with the service received at Villa Sanpakoi.
I will start with the level of client services. All the staff were very attentive to any request that you have. They're always reafy to help with their beautiful smile.
The breakfast was delicious and there was a different menu every day.
The place is spotless. The pool is very nice.
If you are not looking for a fancy hotel but a clean, decent comfortable and enjoyable, villa Sanpakoi is your hotel ro go to.
The location is great. Not in the DT core of Chiang Mai but not too far.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It was close enough to walk into the downtown but far enough that it was quiet. The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. The staff was really really friendly at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

This is the second year that we have stayed here. Very efficient and friendly staff, who were very helpful when I needed to print off, sign and return (electronically) a document to the UK.
Spacious and clean swimming pool area with beds and chairs. The only criticism I have is that the sunbeds need cushions.
