Very nice cave hotel, and staff is very kind

Our stay was satisfactory and expected for the low mid price range. It seems like a small family owned property with only 6 or 7 units. Our small room had a double bed with a thin mattress and a single very firm one. The breakfast was simple and same both days. Only a little was put out at a time. The roof top terrace is small and a bit dirty and not suitable to sit around like the images but good to see the balloons on the first morning. Great location and very convenient to the main town center. Property was under construction in the pathway and brick laying around. Outdoor furniture was dirty and old so only for people to sit around. They were nice enough to allow us to leave our luggage there all day until 8pm at no extra charge. Mohammed was kind enough to help us book an ATV sunset activity at a reasonable price. Overall a comfortable stay if you're looking for something simple and a good location. We had a great 2 night stay in Cappadocia!

The home made cooking breakfast was excellent and delicious, we stayed in the family room # 15 our room balcony was perfect for the air balloon watching around 7 am we stayed there for 4 nights

I appreciated the spacious bathrooms, the plentiful toiletries, and the very courteous behavior of the staff. If not limited by local policy, an AC would have made the stay more comfortable, and a device to control flies would be helpful. It would also be safer if the stairs to the roof were better protected, especially for children. Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory.

Tienen una terraza disponible para ver los globos despegar al amanecer, ampliamente recomendada, el desayuno muy bueno

Breakfast was serviced a little late but was good . Comfortable room. Paid 75 for the room with a bathtub. Was a great location.

The veiw from the upper terrace is absolutely stunning. the staff was very kind. the room was clean with the exception of concrete dust from the construction next door.

Television was broken, needed cleaning, visible spider webs around, water would not get hot. Only good thing was the property was walkable to main city center.

We loved our stay here. Moto parking was great and although Emre is having building work done to increase the size of the sight ant interruption to us was kept to a minimum. Excellent breakfast

The location was perfect for walking into town. The roof terrace perfectly located for watching the morning balloons. The room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was so good. All home cooked. The family couldn’t do more to help if they tried. 5 stars
