Great location.
Easy walk to pub street or the night market.
On a main street so a bit noisy.
Main issue was no hot water.
Beds were a little hard as well.

不錯 I stayed two there nights, but room wasn’t cleaned daily which was a little disappointing. And it was difficult to communicate because one of the receptionists was not able to understand English at all.
The room was huge and local area was nice.

HUGE room. Funky room with a spiral staircase within, leading to a small room and another staircase leading to a fenced-in space on the roof. A three-story room! Also free transport from the airport is a big plus. I chose it because it's across the street from Mekong Express, so I could take the early bus.
