The overall experience requires to mention the kindness of the employees and courtesy of all of them. That is remarkable.

Good furniture, good value for money, but very bad response for the complaints, I found an insect 🐜 They said you can cancel your stay or move to another room .

Excellent but the late check out cost 25% extra ☹️

The hotel stay is not bad, however, the managmet is the worst i ever see in my life, they dont care about there customers and i will never come back ever again. The hotel is not full and they will not give you 1 or 2 hours extra time even i stayed there 5 days just to get 25% extra charge, they would chose to lose there customers for 20$ , and when you asked to talk to the manager 6 hours before leaving he wasn't avilable , moreover, when i insisted they gave me his cell phone number !!!! And the front disc employee need de escalate training. Another thing, i couldnt get them to clean my room in my 4 nights except for one time because the cleaning is only between 4 to 8 pm which is my rest time and the towels are disintegrated to the point that i had to buy a new one from the supermarket.

I was a wonderful stay at Normas, even I surprised about 200 SAR deposit but overall the hotel deserves to stay there

Very nice and clean hotel. Valuable price for comfort and room space. Good service! Location is fine but limited parking I rate this hotel as 5 stars and it deserve it!

I have enjoyed my stay at Normas Hotel in Alkhober city, Saudi Arabia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The room service were very quick and kind . I suggest that the color of window glass to be more brighter.

This hotel kn the most part is good...perhaps new staff or staff orientation...whatever changed ...wouldborefer if it changed back. Was an excelle t experience before and now not so much

Excellent service and great value...Front desk agent was a breathe of fresh air after a very frustrating tkme due to epidemic...was knowledgeable and courteus...recomend as a first chouce in the area
