Fantastic location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and a comfortable room, I couldn’t ask for more. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was clean. The location was also very good. However the bed was possibly one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. I’ve slept on floors more comfortable. I could feel every spring in the bed. Also I was told that both the ice and vending machines were broken. The staff was helpful in pointing out a 24hr store across the street, but it was still an inconvenience that was unexpected.

Staff is very rude, rooms and elevators are extremely small, very old, door locks don’t work,

Sugerencia el cristal que tienen las bañeras es sumamente peligroso, El señor Juan Carlos excelente facilitador pero en todo el hotel los desayunos etc todo excelente

The hotel is quite old and needs renovations. The amenities in the rooms are below average. The hotel is quite noisy and not just because of its central location which is actually very convenient, but because of hotel policies and guests and because there is not insulation between rooms. Staff was excellent and helpful, breakfast was very good and varied and the personnel in the breakfast room was amazing.

Great staff, the hotel is located close to everything.

The staff was awesome and accommodating to an early check in

Excellent location , great staff , Spacious rooms

The Staff was very helpful and nice. The room clean and the breakfast good. Also the AC work perfectly. I was a little disappointed that the rooms don't have a mini refrigerator.

Wonderful location, everyone is friendly, very clean, very comfortable, very central, and nothing dangerous at all.
