The customer service was superb. I had lost my purse on the first day of the trip, and I was running short of cash and all my credit cards were not available. The staff was so patient with listening to my whole lost-purse story. The owner heard what I’ve been through and generously upgraded my room to VIP and let me know how I could reach to get help. Thank you so much for your kindness and everything. It would have been nightmare without your help.

很好 This hotel is your standard Vietnamese 3-star experience. A cozy, yet comfortable, room with all the normal amenities. This hotel is ideal for those who are looking for an affordable base from which to explore Nha Trang as the hotel only provides breakfast and does not have a restaurant or bar.
