Check in process is horrendous, there is always a long line of tire hikers and travellers waiting to checkin in the afternoon. Often 1 person doing check ins and each one a takes a very long process. Surely they could plan for the afternoon rush and have 2 or 3 people doing check in

The room was a little smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice and we enjoy our stay.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night as a stopping point on a longer journey. It was clean, comfortable and had washing facilities, which we took advantage of. The only drawback for us was that we booked a double bed and received two singles. But other than that, the stay was pleasant.
