The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, Shops and Universal Studios theme parks are nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast was not the best, the waffles were premade and soggy, the eggs were bland. We stayed for 8 days, the breakfast was not tasty and repetitive the only thing they changed was waffles to pancakes and sausage to ham. Some silverware was not washed properly. Overall, the coffee and the orange juice was the best. The pool provided some water toys and floats for kids to play with this was nice. The bathtub and restroom clogged during our stay. Although we reported to the staff and were diligent to fix it, it was inconvenient to use the main lobby restroom while waiting to unclog the toilet.

Me gusto estaba limpio, no me gusto que cuando uno se bañaba se mojaba para afuera se reporto y no lo arreglaron y el lavamano estaba tapado y nunca solucionaron el problema.

Decent place to stay for families heading to universal studios theme and water parks. Lucky i booked 2 hotel locations during this family vacations. Other place was a blast and new, like a Home too, hint.

Great staff. The room was so roomy and comfortable , great for a family of 5. The complimentary breakfast and the complimentary bus shuttles to Universal Parks and City walk were all excellent add ones!

The hotel was well positioned, clean, with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any future guests considering staying here.

Great last minute decision. Needed due to no AC at hotel we were staying at and it ended up being a great night for my family of 9 and needing 2 rooms on such short notice. Enjoyed a nice breakfast too!

The staff was super nice! Breakfast was not too bad. Loved the check out time. The only item that we found not as great was the room or rather the bed. It was not comfortable and the air went was aimed to directly blow on top of our heads. We were not able to adjust where the air blows. Some of the furniture has seen better days. But the bathroom was updated and I appreciate a clean bathroom.
