It is close to the beach, staffs were wiling to help booking tickets.

The hotel room was clean, the staff were friendly, good breakfast

Top floor apartment is nice for family

Hotel accepted reservation but is not in operation. Charged by Expedia but could not stay in the hotel. Please beware

I requested a twin bed but there was no reply and when I arrived, they said no twin beds. They managed to add extra bed which is good enough but it took up a lot of space. Next day they told us they could change to a twin bed room but we only stayed 2 nights so it's kinda no point. My mum forgot her bag by the swimming pool and the staff found and kept it safe. So it's an extra point in a way but to be honest, any hotel would do that up to my standard.

Was uograded to a great room with great view. Only real complaint was breakfast, which was served cold every morning and the food lacked flavor and variety. The buffet had burners, but the staff did not turn them on and so the food was cold and barely edible.
