The room was very clean and large with high ceilings and beautiful windows. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling with a lot of variety. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Well I didn't actually get to stay in my booked hotel, which was a shame (as I don't pick my hotels randomly). I arrived in Florence around 8.30pm, and after walking to the Eco hotel with my suitcase in the heat, I was forced to re-read the email stating that after 7.30pm, check-in was a 5 mins walk to the sister hotel Market Urban. I wouldn't have booked the Eco, if I had known this in advance. After a few different days of hotels, planes and trains, it wasn't the best situation to be in a new city, however the young kind asian gentleman at Market Urban reception offered a coffee, and great hospitality, therefore I ended up staying at Market Urban. I found the new hotel very pleasant and all the staff seemed to really care about the guests.

The location was excellent convienently located next to the train station and easy walking distance to all major attractions. Anna at the front desk was super nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very pleasant. The rooms are modern and spacious and my only issue, which is a personal preference, was that the beds and pillows were firmer than I like. However, I would definitely stay again.

The check-in process was super smooth and easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean upon arrival and was kept well. Would for sure come back in the future.

Room is very clean, room is big, staffs are very nice. The healthy breakfast is surprisingly good! The hotel is locaed only few minutes away from the train station, and central market. It is really convenient, but a little noisy at night too.

Surprised by the spacious and modern room in such an old city. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We had to be up and out early both days we were there so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the breakfast that opened when the staff came in at 7:30, but popped in one morning and it all looked great.

Great stay

I am truly delighted and grateful to have stayed at this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and approximately 10-15 minutes from both the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The staff at the lobby are exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Ana, who made sure every morning that breakfast was perfect. The only small suggestion I would make is to take a look at the Wi-Fi, as it can occasionally be slow and makes it difficult to work while staying at the hotel. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel. Without a doubt, it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe.

Easy walk from train station. Our room faced street so some noise from vehicles & construction. Good location to walk to Duomo, museums, Ponte Vecchio. Make sure you check out Mercato Centrale for wide selection of foods in one place. Wonderful breakfasts! Staff were friendly & efficient!
