Proprety was not marntained at all. It does not appears to be of brand like- country inn. All the common utility places, like wash room near dinning areas was flithy & at reception was dirty at all time . spaces near Staircase was flithy. Teres and othe open areas are also dirty. Open spaces show torned up plastic sac, and waste materials. corridor al;ways show dirty linens and other cleaning materilas stored in open. food quality was good Staff is curteous and polite and helping.

This is undoubtedly the filthiest country inn property I have ever visited. The staff were rude unprofessional and unorganised. Rang 6 times for tissue paper and it came after 45 mins of back to back phone calls. The food was awful and Buffet breakfast was no where near country inn standards. I'd Rather be impolite in my review but this property of country inn is an utter disgrace to service industry. Not recommended 😕 at all.

Poor access to hotel, no public transport can go to hotel although hotel have own shuttle car but available only for limited hours.

Rude staff- no hospitality

Beautiful location as well as a nice clean room and friendly staff.

Front office staff, room service staff all very very polite and went extra mile to make us comfortable. Guest Delight.

Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers.

I stayed at country inn mussorie for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff and hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a short stay. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality of the team – they went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Moshams to anyone looking for a warm, friendly place to stay!
