Room was very clean and daily service was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful. But... Hotel claim itself as 5* one (only one in cable beach) That may not be a correct claim. Reception is not 24/7. Only one ery smal Cafe in the resort. That is for breakfast, lunch and bar. Which stays open till 4pm. Choices of food and drink are very limited. Breakfast is very basic and same everyday.

Room was lovely, easy to get to. Pool was rather cool for a heated pool. Shame you won’t allow drinks in cans on the pool area to enjoy it more. Breakfast buffet was cold each morning even at opening. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great breakfast

The breakfast was great and the Chef made great salads. The layout of the property was easy to get around and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool was great but needs to have rails for when you are exiting pool. Will highly recommend.

We stayed just before the peak season room had not been cleaned. The exhaust fan above the toilet was full of dust. Hair in the shower. Dirty dishes had been put away and a dirty mark on the bed cover. Out door furniture had not been cleaned. The unit was over all quite dusty including the floor.

Good location and nice property. Went before the main season and most things like coffee shops closed and main pool not really available. Staff very helpful though.

The property was clean and tidy both inside the villa and around the grounds. We were generally happy with the resort as a place to holiday in Broome. The included Breakfast was GREAT. One small issue was with the daily servicing of the villa - Although towels were changed and the bed re-made, there was no attention given to replenishment of the tea and coffee used. Our planned 4 night stay was cut to 3 nights because we were delayed by bush fires between Sandfire and Broome. There was no "financial consideration" allowed in the pricing for this unavoidable delay. It is understood that the establishment suggest taking travel insurance to cover emergencies but given the uncontrollable nature of our delay we thought that SOME consideration should have been forthcoming. Otherwise, we very satisfied with the condition of the resort. Cathy and Keith

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The Villas are a must! Enjoying your very own pool. Wow. The rooms are spacious in the villa and equipped with more than necessary. Surrounded by 2 outdoor areas bbq area and pool area with a table a chair setting. sun lounges. Staff where extremely friendly and accomidating. We couldn't be more Happy. Highly recommend The Pearl!
