All good except I am unable to wear the nightgown the hotel provided . Look old and dirty and wear and tear at side !
Carpet is tear off between the joining points.
Thank goodness the cleaner is done their cleaning on room clean to sacrificing me. Very good!

Expedia forgot to reserved my room. It took me almost one hour to sort out with your team (expedia help centre chat)until I managed to check in. I was so furious

Nice hotel for a few nights stay. A few issues like the shower head kept falling out of the stand and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, but all in all it was a comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast, helpful staff and really well situated. Would stay again.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, it’s located right across 2 famous streets in Kuching.
Hotel breakfast is great, rooms are clean and room cleaning is done daily.

The carpet were all stained and appeared dirty. Toilet flush was erratic and unable to stop water from flowing. No floormat provided and had to specifically request for it. Towels provided were visibly old (yellowish/greyish).
The ONLY saving grace is the lovely and friendly staffs at the front desk that is very meticulous to my requests.
