I checked in after hours and very late.. Alison had everything organised to make my arrival and stay comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, lamps on, air con on so the room was cosy and inviting. Fresh milk in fridge, really cant ask for more! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique Batemans Bay. Absolutely recommend.

Location a mixed blessing...close to everything Batemans Bay has to offer but road noise was an issue, particularly for rooms not enjoying a water view. Alison was super helpful at check-in. Room was extra large; a definite plus, as was direct rear access to the esplanade for an early-morning or after-dinner stroll.

Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again

Bay Breeze Boutique was a dream for accommodation down the bay. Located in the heart of bay, walking distance from all the bay’s hub has to offer. Cleanliness exceptional, staff friendly, service outstanding & hassle free check in/ out. Would definitely recommend & will certainly be back! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique

We stayed in the Warehouse which was on the ground floor. Gorgeous coastal feels and view of the river. Being able to walk straight out onto the boardwalk was fabulous. Parking was easy and accommodation is so central to everything. We loved having all the space and the kitchen facilities. Highly recommend. Fabulous service. Great memories created during our stay.
