Wonderfulll!!!!! Great stay! Air condition, kitchen and very close to everything!

Our room was lovely and spotless. 10 out of 10. The building it self was hard to find. We had to walk up straight to the door to see the name of the building. The reception and stairs had an odor but our room was perfect. We never saw the reception person our whole visit which was a little strange. I left my intake sheet with my passport number on the reception desk or 3 days before someone from the hotel im assuming, took it. That was a little disconcerting.

This is an amazing spot! It’s super close to Rialto but also far enough from the crowds. Just a block away, you’re in the midst of crowds, and a short walk away, everything is quiet. The apartment is spacious and has all the kitchen amenities, so you can make your own meals. The canal view is super cool, and everything works as expected.

Great place and an awesome location. Easy access and easy to get around the area. Would definitely stay again. 2 Adults (40s), 2 Kids (9-11)

The hotel wasn't a good location. We never met the host which was strange. There was also a very strong sewage like smell in the reception area. The worst part were the five flakes upstairs we had to walk up just to get to the bedroom. The stairs leaving up from the living area to the bedroom were very Steep and creaky. Also there is a discrepancy between what hotels.com said we needed to pay for the city tax and what the host made us pay.

Large and spacious Kitchen well equipements and great table space third floor but no elevator made it tricky with luggage No reception and waited a period of time for the owener to rock up Coffee and tea not always restocked. No lighting in stair well. Great surroundings and easy access to restuarants, water bus, riatlo bridge, ice cream and other shopping :) Convenient and walkable to most places!

Great apartment, we loved the terrace especially at night to relax. Just be aware it is a 4th floor walk up. We would definitely recommend.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. So no staff on property to give helpful information about how to get places, recommended restaurants, etc. The owner did communicate a bit by email before we arrived, and met us at the front door to explain keys, etc. Pros: the apartment is modern & large by European standards. It's clean and did have a small fridge &microwave, hotpot & nespresso machine. A bottle of complimentary champagne was provided. It's close to Rialto bridge but not on the Grand Canal. It's 2 blocks off a main avenue, so quieter at night except for theater-goers im the courtyard below and water taxi drivers on short breaks on the small inner canal . Cons: there is no concierge, so if you need help of any kind, you're on your own. We did get a water taxi referral, and that worked since they gave us directions to the closest dock, but 30 euros higher than what friends paid for service to Venice airport. We could've used a little more help understanding transportation and navigating Venice. The apt is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator; we had help when we arrived but not when we left, and my roommate had an injured back, so it was extremely difficult getting bags up and down by myself. The toom's doorlatch is tricky, and we figured it out but had to call for help once. Several sockets didn’t work and although coffee pods were left, the Nespresso machine didn’t work 90% of the time. Don't count on sleeping 4 since the sofabed has a horrible mattress.
