The room was clean, location and price are really good.

Booked a ocean view, all we could see was trees, no wifi, so tv did not work. Aircon hardly working and we did not have one in the main bed room. We paid extra money for the spa that did not work or had been cleaned. Place had stains and was not cleaned. Shower so small it came to my chest. Worst experience.

The room was perfect for our needs with a great view over the boats and out to sea. The kitchen was amply supplied with sufficient crockery and cutlery, and even an iron and ironing board were available. The only issue was that the internet was intermittent and a little frustrating when it kept 'dropping out', otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

The room wasn't as clean as i expected it to be upon my arrival. Mould on the bathroom floor around the drain and it was dirty and dusty down beside the fridge.

Clean room nice staff

Property was fine for us, the baths were lovely looking onto one of the marinas. Facilities in the room were great. A few cobwebs on the ceiling. Lift was out of order, we managed but only had hand luggage but some may have struggled. (We were informed a couple of days before but too late to change hotel). Worth mentioning to customers arriving about getting dropped off in the car park behind hotel as less steps to contend with. Right next to bus stop. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Maybe could do with but of updating.
