Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay. I was unable to connect to wifi although the receptionist tried to help. Breakfast presentation was not the best. Dietary helper was not very helpful. She spoke spanish to me and was very abrupt. Won't be going back.

Good experience

Clean room breakfast was great

Check in was very easy and the front desk lady was very nice and funny! Stayed one night for business and had zero issues. Room was very clean and felt safe. Breakfast was what you would expect; limited options, but totally fine for a free breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Especially the bath which had so many bars that my mother could use to get in and out of the shower. Just a very nice stay.

It was clean and the staff was great. Property needs a major facelift. Shower ceiling had mold from a previous leak. Overall a tired place, but was ok for an overnight.

The rooms were not cleaned at all. The bathrooms were filthy , bed not made. they placed me in another room, same issues. Finally they found a 3rd room that was clean. I'd like to also note that the person helping us was very kind . She worked at the the Hampton Gardens and was called to help at the Hampton Inn. She stated two people were not working because they had called in, So, she had to cover and work at the Hampton Inn. She was extremely helpful, though that was not where she ususally worked at. The breakfast was mediocre. Next time, I will stay at the back hotel Hamton Gardens. I will prefer to purchase my own breakfast, not worth it at the Hampton Inn.

Air conditioner was working properly.

Tub was backed up badly, told front desk. No one came to fix and room was not cleaned when requested.
