The hotel shuttle and staff were great in explaining things. The shower in the room was a little dated, but we used the Onsen bath a lot. The meals were delicious! The hotel was within walking distance to the town.

It's convenient to have free shuttle to and from the station. Even it's out of the shuttle bus service hours, we could hop on a taxi and travel to amd from station for free.
Staff members are kind and helpful.
The dinner and breakfast were enjoyable.
Highlight was the onsen which was relaxing.
The room was quiet and neat.
Value for money. Would recommend the hotel.

Easy to find on goggle map. We like the big onsen. They have outdoor onsen too. Dinner on both nites are slightly different and delicious. Staff are friendly

Overall comfortable stay. Food was good. Only complaint was not enough towels. We were told to bring the towel from the room to onsen but there was only one towel.

The staff speak English or Mandarin hence communication was a breeze for me. They were very friendly, helpful and polite. The location of the ryokan is within walking distance to the town and close to the train station. Hotel provides a bus shuttle to the train station. From the train station to the hotel, there is also a complimentary ride. I had a very pleasant stay at the ryokan and highly recommend it.
