Room clean. Reported leaking tap in bathroom. Not dripping but continually running and unable to stop it. Couch comfortable. Bed comfortable but not stable. When partner turned over in his sleep the whole bed wobbled.
Had a beautiful meal at Dad Vietnamese restaurant around the corner.
Easy walk to Prahran train station

Noisy area - train track adjacent & train crossing very close - re noise. Nr. Busy main rd.
Limited access to late check in - very small reception so due to late flight / spent several hrs walking around city - bit public transport was good,
