I request refund for the difference of a twin room and queen room.

I can’t rave enough about this hotel.. it far beyond exceeded our expectations! The staff was excellent! The service was excellent! The concierge was excellent! We loved it so much every-time we tried to venture out, we wanted to go back! Because nothing compared to it . The food was empecable, the tea time service .. unmatched . We are very avid travelers and like to be pampered when we go on vacation . Of this is you! Stay here!!!! BTW the Japanese spa accommodations were excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to the pickiest of travelers.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect!

I love the bar here and never stated before however the smaller rooms not worth the price and no coffee. The Martof is usually less expensive and although the porter service and history are not there, but would probably say overall facilities are much better

Exceptional facilities - lobby, restaurant, bar and rooms. Most gracious and accommodating staff. The breakfast is one of the best anywhere - no details are left undone.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were very beautiful and comfy, and the staff was of the highest caliber. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!
