Quiet location but a bit of a walk away from the train station

The experience was amazing! The facility is a little dated, but everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The trek up the steep hill is well worth it!

The entire staff was amazing! We loved our stay here. Great after 3 nights in Tokyo.

Loved the big spacious room with a Mountain View and a really nice sauna in the room. The onsen was lovely and the massage chairs were awesome. It was a 20 min walk to town but not too bad as we could cut through a lower hotel to avoid the steep part.

Too far from the downtown, but its wuiet and clean

Everything was excellent. The view from the room to the mountains was astonishing, so incredible, the onsen and spa were absolutely great. I would like to thank hotel stuff for the crew job. I’m falling in love with Japan!💕

Staff all courteous and resort is clean though a bit dated. We chose the half board which included buffet breakfast and the most kaiseiki dinners. A most memorable and excellent experience. The onsen is clean and beautiful

The onsen is awesome, traditional Japanese style. The room I was staying at captured a beautiful view of the vat. However the hotel located at the top of the hill, requires lots energy to walk to the hotel especially with a large luggage. It would be nice to offer pick up from the bottom of the hill.
