A 3 story hotel should always have a working elevator and this one didn't. I didn't get the large suite I paid for becauseof that. I'm moving across country and needed the extra room for the items packed in my car.

The receptionist in the evening of 5/6/26 was rude and felt as if she was bothered she was checking us in. However, the morning receptionist was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great and helpful staff. Location was not ideal for walking. A little noisy outside in the evening. Saw pan handlers in the area. AC sounded like a freight train.

極佳 Property looked to be well maintained. Pool was nice and clean. The umbrella you had to have the front desk attendant to open it. The umbrella needs work, but it was still usable for shade. We noticed that they were doing upgrades to some of the rooms on the first floor. The front desk attendant, shuttle driver and the person catering breakfast are all professional. Thank you. Our room was of a good size two queen beds refrigerator and microwave oven and a nice size flat screen television. 50 inch? Clean room and the room service ladies were very nice and clean our room and bathroom and towel service. Thank you too. Oh there was also a laundry area for guest. We did not use. We would recommend this Hotel to stay at.
