Got the job done. Slept well. Smooth process. Valet parking cost is higher than expected.

No water or ice available on 11th floor or landing so no option to get any also Tv didn’t function correctly, poor AC unit uncontrolled

I had a good stay. The room was great but I requested bathroom cleaning for my tub which I never got. Had to do it myself even though I was told they would take care of it, no one came.

If you are needing to be next to the airport, this is the place to be. Not super clean, quiet, or luxurious. The parking is atrocious. The valet is not optional as they say, it is necessary.

Helpful staff, free shuttles to the airport, and a fun restaurant/pub on site for food & drinks.

When I checked in something was wrong with the reservation and the staff had to call Expedia. The got it sought out after about an hour. The front desk was helpful and professional getting that sort out. After that it was crap. It is the worst Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet in the main corridor where my room was located appeared to be stained. The room I was smelt like cigarette smoke and I did not get a proper. I was exhausted as I had just got into the room around 11:00pm after a long day flying. . When I went for a shower, there was a used soap in the holder and whst appeared to be mold around the outer edge of the tub. The furniture was so dated you could see all the large scratches from the uses of it. I was so exhausted when I reached my room around 11pm I don’t even complained to the staff as I was leaving around 7am. I would not recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Easy access to JFK to catch the shuttle! We will stay again!
