Ideally located for us as a one night stop en route to our holiday destination. We’ve stayed before and have found an excellent bakery and bar nearby.

We loved how close the train station we were. The staff was always helpful and we were able to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Our room was really large and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning. They are remodeling and updating the hotel. It should be really nice!

Stayed one night on route to Lourdes. Conveniently located, opposite train station and shuttle bus to airport. Basic accomodation but decent. Enjoyed the powerful shower. Breakfast was fine and reception staff was most helpful.

I really liked this Hotel. They are presently renovating the front facade so it’s covered in scaffolding. The location to the bus and train is amazing, just across the street. The gentleman who attended to us was very friendly and helpful. There’s free coffee available at all times and breakfast is available in the morning (it may or may not be included with your room depending on your booking. The only issue for some may be a small older style elevator if you have large luggage. The air conditioning worked great and was appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again 😊

The staff, breakfast and location are all excellent. But the building is quite old and undergoing a major facelift with scaffolding outside our window. Our room was smaller than expected, though the bathroom very modern and hot water plentiful. The elevator is ancient and tiny. I expect this will all be taken care of over time, but still a lot of work to do as of May 2026.

As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, with free coffee and water in the lobby. Great location, across from the railway station, by the Canal du Midi and easy walk to Toulouse downtown. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel. The view was restricted due to refurbishment works in progress.

Overall this was an ok hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The price was affordable. I will say the breakfast I felt was a little limited for the cost associated with it but it was fresh and good. The room we had the water closet was honestly incredibly small and as someone 6’4” it was difficult with the door closed. They did limit the heat and area conditioning so rooms were a bit stuffy. Location was about 2 longer blocks away from main shops and restaurant area and very short walk to the train station. But in a safe area. Hallways were a bit dark. If you are on a budget and looking to use Toulouse as a base camp to travel to different locations in the area I would say this is a great spot otherwise you many want to expand your search on other options.
