Clean room and friendly staff

Only downside was water for shower was not strong! Great place overall tho!!

The carpet area in between the two beds in my room 404 had a strong human urine odor. The shower water pressure was very, very poor. The beds due to their height were difficult getting in and out. The carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor was way overdue for a good cleaning. The hotel has all the appearance of an old hotel building that was poorly renovated. Nice and clean and close to Dollywood

We mainly booked for the kiddy pool, and it was not operational. We weren't comfortable with the pool water in the big pool. You could not see the bottom of the pool, the water was not clear and had a film on the top. We were on the 5th floor and there appeared to be repairs being done, carpet was pulled from the walls and a sign indicating painting was being done. The hallway area was 80 degrees. None of this was mentioned on the website, if it had we would not have booked. Extremely over priced for the condition of things. This is a property we would not return to, should be considered a "low budget" property. Again, over priced!

Friendly staff, good location.

Noisy! Screaming cheerleaders all hours of the night, stoppered around 3 am and started back by 6 am

We were greeted upon arrival and check-in went very smoothly. Our room was nice and clean. We were in a good location. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and close to many experiences. Traffic in the area is pretty congested so patience is a must.

All the time bathroom exhaust fan is not working
