I’m sorry to say but our stay wasn’t great. Firstly, the shower screen leaked everywhere in the bathroom - not from splashing out the shower, it leaked literally from underneath the glass making it extremely slippery and wet in the bathroom. Next, the curtains in the room let every ounce of light in - when lights in the carpark are on all night, that was extremely less than ideal. Between the lights and the mattresses, we had one of the worst sleeps of our lives. For $207 a night - terrible!!!!! The only thing this place has going for it is its location to the airport. That’s it!

Check in is a bit of a pain

Forgot there is no-one at reception. One has to fill in form, send ID all of which is okay but would be nice if one could get a text and/or email a few days before check-in reminding one to complete the online check-in

The establishment was okay overall and reasonable for the price. The room was clean and the location made it easy to find places nearby for dinner. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Parking was a real issue — although it’s meant to be one vehicle per room, several spots were taken up by trailers, and one vehicle with a trailer managed to occupy six spaces. The car park was completely full by 6pm. The hallways were noisy throughout the night, and the bed was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on the floor. Not one of the better stays I’ve had.

No shower rails

No front desk, complicated app-based check-in, and no housekeeping at all during your stay. The room was dated, the faucet was broken, and even the towels weren’t replaced after two nights. If you expect basic service, cleanliness, and convenience, avoid this property.

There is no front desk at all. No service . It’s terrible especially they have a sign on the door telling you that front door is not working and you need to try to find another door by yourself. Ridiculous customer service, they tell you that you have to do the checkin after we booked . To even access your room, you have to download an app ?! and go through a complicated check-in process, which is very inconvenient. There was no room service during my stay. I stayed for two nights and even the towels were never replaced. The room itself is quite old, and the faucet was broken. If you value convenience, cleanliness, and service, I would strongly not recommend staying here.
