Always nice to staying this hotel.

Perfect location for Gangnam . Beautiful room. Unfortunately we only had 1 night there so were unable to use the fully equipped kitchenette in our room. Bathroom lovely but a shower in the bath which was a bit unexpected. However everything else you could want to and very friendly staff

We booked a month ahead and I got an entire one bedroom suite with large kitchen for a very reasonable cost. I stayed there for the Cosmobeauty show. A little confusing to figure out how to access the mall from inside but once I realized I just had to step outside and walk to the left, the mall and conference entrance was right there. The room service was expensive but so delicious after a long day of travel. We were able to make it last for another meal. The restaurants in Coex are also very excellent. You cannot find a bad meal in Korea! Concierge was pretty helpful. I recommend asking them for a private car if you have more than two pieces of luggage.

Room was dated and grungy looking. There were a couple dead bugs (small gnats). Lots of carpet with stains in hallway and in hotel room. Check in was 3 pm but did not get into our room till a little past 4 pm. Location is good and spacious for families but don’t expect luxury.

Great experience!

Room size was large . But the property os worn down. Needs a refresh

Perfect for my stay! Everyone was exceptionally helpful friendly!

Larger space laundry in room

Accessibility to the shopping mall and nearby restaurants is excellent.

Excellent stay, the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, 6 people. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
