A great place to stay on a budget. Lots of construction happening all in the hotel.

The hotel is an old fire house. That in its self is cool. Some rooms have balconies that are behind French doors. The staff went above their job description.

It is a old property but for the price it is fine

Midtown is my go-to hotel, when i'm in New Orleans, the staff is friendly and professional, rooms are clean, basic hotel needs

Blood all in the carpet, the manager yelled at us and threatened us when we told her about the blood and holes in the wall and pills on the ground

The staff was rude. They got mad that I got 2 cups of coffee the first day. So the next day I brought a bigger cup and that was unacceptable as well. That was bad but even worse there was no hot water. Then I went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. So I called with my cell phone and they hung up on me. The place is not in a good spot either. The heavy duty gate to the parking lot was my clue.

This is not a real hotel its a homeless shelter 😔 the place was smelly and dirty. The first room we got the toilet and the lights in the room did not work. So we got moved to a different room and that was worse. I tried to turn on the shower and the whole unit came off 😩 The place was noisy people arguing at 5am.We had to leave and Hotels.com was no help.They kept say the hotel is not responding to them. So Im out my money and they offered me a 50$ coupon. That place should be on their choices of hotels. IT'S A FREAKING HELLSCAPE OF A PLACE AND NOT HELP FROM HOTELS.COM 😒
