Excellent in every way except for some minor niggles eg not sure about noise insulation as could faintly hear TV in another room until 1am. Otherwise excellent and already booked to stay again

Excellent stay. Very helpful staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Some minor points for room 17 at top back of house

Breakfast is a fridge with eggs and bread. My room had a creaky ceiling so whenever someone above me walked, you could hear everything! Train was going by my room window. Not the best stay. Defo not going back.

Great accomodation but cleanliness in common areas could be improved

Surprisingly very clean. A bit noisy with people. Especially early in the morning.

Shops was not far away as well with the station too, few web on the wall and staff was polite and friendly

I've marked 4 in respect of cleanliness. Our room was clean but I marked down because of the kitchen. The manager Joe is constantly it but it is a communal kitchen and is often left dirty by other guests, despite the notices asking them to keep clean when they use. Joe works tirelessly trying to keep the facilities of the premises in good condition. Parking is available for about 4 cars on a first come first served basis.
