Excellent location and neighborhood no issues

Unhelpful, unfair, inconsiderate

The staff was very helpful and allowed us to store luggage prior to the room being available. They were also help with food recommendations.

In the midst of the worst heat wave Paris has seen, my cozy room at the Terminus was my comfortable refuge. Many thanks to the excellent staff.

The hotel is conveniently located across Gare de Lyon train station. It has a lot of restaurants around and only walking distance to a lot of things. The surrounding area seemed safe throughout our stay.

Just OK hotel at convenient location for train connection

Comfortable room right next to Gare de Lyon. Easy access to several restaurants, a great boulangerie around the corner. They spoke several languages at the reception desk.

This hotel is so convenient to the Gare de Lyon that it may be forgiven for being a little in need of updating. That said, the old fashioned fittings and fixtures have a certain Parisian charm, and everything was clean and functioning. Also, the bed was very comfortable. What else could you want in this price bracket?

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel located near Gare du Lyon. Many great places to eat around the property but its own Italian restaurant was packed with locals and had great Italian selection.

Yes, the breakfast menu was fine, and the air conditioning excellent.
