Broken air conditioning, dirty.

Excelwbt stay. I will recommend yiu

Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

Pas idéal et le service n'était pas top

Staff services are so poor

Service was excellent, the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful.

Horrible experience from checking in to checking out

El baño Tenía la ducha rotA. Sin aire acondicionado. Difícil accesibilidad

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

I was very satisfied with you're service, thank u for everything
