From the moment we arrived, we were reassured that all members of staff had been made aware of our son’s needs. This immediately put us at ease and meant so much to our family. The larger family room was perfect for our son’s needs and gave our family plenty of space. The child safety locks on both balcony doors were an excellent feature. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast. Every day, the chefs prepared our son a special gluten-free waffle, which he absolutely loved and looked forward to each morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made breakfast a real highlight of his day and one of ours too. We also thoroughly enjoyed every restaurant that was open for dinner during our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was simply impeccable. Every area of the resort was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The restaurant staff took our son’s allergies incredibly seriously, and we always felt completely safe dining there. The pool staff were wonderful with our children, housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout our stay and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch after long days exploring with three tired children. We felt the children’s club could have had more structured activities rather than a single room with one member of staff. A larger team of enthusiastic, child-focused staff might offer a more engaging experience and would be a wonderful addition to an already fantastic family resort.

Brilliant Hotel

We have been going to Malta for over 20 years mainly staying at the Corinthia hotel just across the water from this hotel. The Westin is on another level. The whole hotel has life in it . The Lobby has great atmosphere with a great bar. 2 large pools and plenty of of comfortable beds around and also at the reef club which is on the other side of this hotel just across the casino road with great access to the sea and good for snorkelling. Great Gym and spa and really good restaurants on site. Overall probably one of the best hotels on the island for families .

Excellent hotel is a great location but away from the noise of Paceville (clubbing zone). Shopping center 5 mins walk away and plenty of supermarkets if you need anything. We had an issue with our room which was swiftly remedied. Great service recovery by the team. The team at the pool were fantastic particularly Romesh who couldn’t help us enough. Brilliant. Excellent buffet breakfast. We are a lt Palio’s which was fantastic z Point to note on the exec club if you are a young family - kids under 12 cannot enter the lounge when the snacks are out from 6-8pm. During the day the food/snacks are pretty disappointing. It’s help yourself to tea and coffees from a machine and some Nuts,snack bars and a few slices of cakes . Definite improvement needed on the Exec lounge offering. Overall great hotel I feel the best in Malta. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent.

Very good hotel

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The resort itself is well maintained, and there are plenty of amenities to ensure you have a relaxing vacation. I have stayed here twice now, and I would book here again if I return to Malta in the future.
