Airport shuttle dint arrive was 30 mins late

My stay was fantastic overall. The staff greeted me with warmth and were incredibly helpful throughout. Breakfast was tasty, though I think adding more variety would make mornings even better. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

The reception team were welcoming. Our room was clean. The bathroom was clean overall, but parts of the tiling could do with descaling, and the shower screen sealant could do with some mould remover.

Thank you

The hotel hosted our rugby team and they did an amazing job ensuring we felt right at home. Went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the staff.

Great service, friendly staff at the reception.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find the price for the buffet in the restaurant so affordable. We were especially appreciative of the ease of riding a shuttle to the airport. Thank you.

Wonderful clean and airy room, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. will definitely return if I'm in the area.

TLDR: Shuttle service will not accommodate bicycles packed for air travel. If you're traveling with a bicycle and want airport transportation, stay somewhere else. The long version: I chose this airport because they had shuttle service to the airport. I asked two front desk people if it would be all right if I brought a bicycle, packed in a box, onto the shuttle, and they said yes. I asked a shuttle driver if it would be all right to bring a large piece of luggage on the shuttle that would fill the aisle, and he said yes. But on the day of our departure, the shuttle driver refused to let us on with our bikes. To her credit, the front desk person, who I think underestimated how large the boxes would be, was understanding and called us a van that could accommodate our bikes (for 50 euros).
