The hotel was beautiful. The room was also beautiful. However, we had no turn dorm service or cleaning services done in our room when we were gone. Consider considering the the price of the room, I think that that should have definitely been a priority. We had to ask for clean towels. Also the rooftop bar staff was not that great we waited probably 30-40minutes for a drink and the price for a drink was overpriced

極佳 In Rome, a well located hotel can really enhance your vacation. This hotel is perfectly located. Staying here meant that my group could easily walk to large numbers of famous locations, delicious restaurants and cool stores. At check-in we were given coupons for free drinks at the rooftop restaurant/bar, which we used and loved. The rooftop of this hotel is a marvelous place to spend time after a great day walking around in Rome. The hotel rooms are modern and well air conditioned. The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

很好 The Iconic staff is beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. The room was quite small (average for Europe) but very well appointed with nice toiletries (Acqui di Parma), Nespresso, good hair dryer and even a hairbrush! Housekeeping was perfect and fast
