Our stay over all was okay, however we were told that we had to pay for our room to get cleaned. It would get cleaned with out us having to ask and we didnt get charged. There was a lot of mis communication between employees none had the correct answer we werent allowed at the next sister hotel with no explanations as to why. The food was Okay nothing different from other resorts. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Melanie was very helpful with check in and making my reservations for me. Teresa, in the cafe, was wonderful. The food was excellent. The fish was always on point. I will want to come back next year.

The staff were excellent and willing to help and point you in the right direction. The food was delicious and the drinks and pool always inviting!

Very friendly staff and easy stay.

We reserved the room with the swim out pool. It was extremely convenient and relaxing. The pool areas were extremely quiet, so preferred staying at our pool or the beach. To access the beach you have to walk over to the sister hotel. There is plenty of mosquitos so don’t forget bug spray. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom did have an odor that was not pleasant and got stronger as the days went on. The door casing for the sliding doors was not properly sealed so our last day and 30 mosquito bites later we figured out why we kept getting so many mosquitoes in the room and the AC didn’t seem to work properly. Uber is less expensive than the taxis… take an uber

I loved everything had an amazing time! Would recommend to others. I have no complaints would visits again!!

Bar well stocked, pool was awesome, both of them. Staff was friendly.

Yes we enjoyed the pool very much! I love that it’s only 4 and a bit feet deep throughout. It was nice to be on the adult side for sure. We enjoyed the pillar pool as well, a bit quieter. Our room was clean with plenty of towels daily! Staff were very good and super friendly! The rooftop pool was also beautiful to watch the sunset! The hacienda side where we stayed is a little tired, but overall good! We will come back next year!
