極佳 When I first came in staff were immediately welcoming. Clearly explained everything to me and gave me all the information needed about the property and things such as the breakfast times, laundry facilities, and gym. Additionally they were very clear in things such as the city tax fees and deposit. Along with this they were very friendly and asked what I was in Manchester for, I told them I was at a festival and they told me to make sure I have fun. Made me feel very confident in the hotel and staff and this continued for the rest of the stay. Location is perfect for the MMU/Oxford Road area and will be staying again the next time I am in the area

Hyatt House was exceptionally clean. The bathroom and the room were lovely. The food was very good. The restaurant was great and staff member Anna was very helpful.

Our 4th stay here and, as ever, the staff were excellent, the room spacious and with everything we could need (and more). Particularly we’ve always felt the bed is extremely comfortable!
Close to the centre and the university so great for visiting the city and especially if you’re visiting someone at the university.

很好獨自入住
Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff
Lovely suite…
Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out.
The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience
