Really great service! Lovely room with a view. Only thing is it would be nice to be provided bottled water.

The air conditioner was very noisy I we could here people in the bathroom above us

Sauna had issues getting up to temperature Gym resteraunt staff amazing i come here at least 4 times a year well Worth the little extra $ to stay here

The room was clean and the facilities like the pool were excellent. We had 3 swims, sometimes with the pool completely to ourselves which was amazing. However, the room service and front desk were difficult to contact. We rang them up for in room dining multiple times and went straight to voicemail 90% of the time. It was unusual for a hotel and at times frustrating. When we did finally get through and order room service the staff who delivered the food were exceptional and kind. It was a shame that it was so difficult to order the service in the first place.

I paid extra for the lake view, got given the room next to reception behind the trees

Professional and very helpful staff is all areas. Breakfast was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Easy access to Lake Taupo and sights.

I liked the amenities that were on hand, staff were friendly the only gripe is that the room I had to share was small but that was due to booking availability. Otherwise I am satisfied with my stay and will most likely stay again.

Excellent staff, heated pool sauna a bonus, really enjoyed the stay
