Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Some of the rooms are starting to look dated, with some equipment not working

Room was large, clean and comfortable, however a little dated

Staff are super friendly. Cocktails are a must. The restaurant is a great place to eat

Room upgrade, clean tidy and fantastic restaurant for dinner

Dinner at Mad Mary’s was a bit underwhelming. Other than that its was a great stay.

Hotel is in a great location; walking distance everywhere I wanted to go but still very quiet. Comfy bed, good water pressure and loads of hot water. Nice soap. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Nice fluffy towels. Staff very pleasant and accomodating, would be nice to have plunger coffee or at least a decent coffee bag instead of just instant. I didn’t eat at the restaurant because I thought that the prices were high and plenty of less expensive options close by.

Had a lovely three nights here, comfortable beds, excellent shower with heaps of water pressure. Ate at the restaurant each night. The restaurant staff are very good at their job. Also must say the lamb shoulder and aged beef were excellent.

Great location! Found the bed too hot. Would be nice to see more natural fibres used in the bedding.

It was good

perfect location near One NZ Stadium, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable, quiet room
