If you are going to be driving to this hotel, beware that traffic, especially, after 3 PM can be challenging and nerve-racking for somebody who has not driven in the area before. This hotel offers, great value, good location, and free parking. Close to plenty of food options. If you’re looking to find alcoholic beverages, the hotel prices are surprisingly high. If you get a Uber driver to drive you somewhere, most of them know where you can buy beer and wine. I would highly recommend calling Uber and hiring the Uber driver to take you around to all the hotspots in the city, especially the Mohamad the second mosque, which is the second largest mosque in the world; it’s truly, an architectural marvel. We paid $150 ( plus tip) for the whole day, and about 6 to 8 stops. The tour was in a comfortable, Mercedes. I would highly recommend against accepting unsolicited offer for help from the locals!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. One more thing I have to mention is that the food we ordered in the evening was marvelous.

Staff, rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Room, extremely loud and dirty. AC doesn’t work No amenities and the building hallway’s walls with holes, destroyed and the carpet was filthy dirty

During my 15-day stay, I noticed that the breakfast selection remained exactly the same each morning. While the food was satisfactory, a rotating menu would greatly enhance the experience for longer-term guests. I also wanted to mention that the first room assigned had an issue with mold. I greatly appreciate the prompt action of your staff in moving me quickly to a different room. The underground parking was convenient and easily accessible, though it was a bit tight. Overall, it was a good feature.

At the time of our arrival (around 7 PM), there was 3 parties waiting to check-in with only one attendant available at the front desk. It took much too long for the process. Other people behind us tried to jump the line. We given a room on the 5th level. When we got to our floor, there were no corresponding numbers on the walls to direct us to our room. We had to search several lanes till we found it in the connected building. Our room was dirty. There were tiny spiders and ants in the kitchen area. There were no towels at all and the windows were dirty. We went downstairs to the reception and asked for another room. We were given a second "upgraded" room. It turned out to be the same, but without the ants and spiders. Breakfast was lousy. At 10 AM, everything was cut off, including a second cup of coffee. The cups, machines and everything was removed. Imagine walking in at 9:59 AM

The service was very poor, they closed main lobby entrance without notifying. There was no one to assist with luggage. I booked a suite just comfort and quiet but that was not the case. I insist on receptionist to put me somewhere quiet and reply yes but still put me on the 2th floor and my window next to the dumpster and incoming traffic.

Everything was okay except the AC didn’t work. It was so hot in the room..

Staff was very nice

Dirty, avoid this hotel. They offered to find another room for us, but if you cannot clean my original room, I do not trust that you can clean any room. We immediately left to a different hotel. They refused a refund, and did not answer Expedia when they tried on my behalf. Also there was a group of large flies as soon as the elevator opened to the 5th floor. Downstairs I understand because the door is constantly opened. But upstairs? It was incredibly difficult getting a cab outside, I ended up using the Careem app.

The staff are amazing and so helpful to the people there especially us who have language barriers The bartenders were amazing as well
