The hotel and staff were very good on the whole although I found the person who checked me out a little rude. Just be aware the hotel is right next to the train station. This is great if you are a tourist like me for getting to the hotel from the airport and travelling back into krakow or down to Auschwitz. But if you have come by car or have other means of transport then the compromise of added noise from the station may not be worth it. Room was spotless. Hotel generally very nice as you would expect from 4 stars. The breakfast was brilliant. Loads of options and takeaway sandwiches in bags a very nice touch. The restaurant menu very sensibly sticks to a limited options but to an excellent standard, I particularly recommend the fried xander. Overall this is a great place to stay in krakow and I very much enjoyed my stay.

Very nice place. Clean and cosy rooms. I have to admit the restaurant is fantastic - there's a pretty small menu, but that's a plus! Every dish I tried was delicious - desert including.

Great stay. Rooms were a touch small, but that is typical for Europe.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Food beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I am ever back in Krakow. Very handy to trams for transport into the city/train station in Krakow.
Didn't use leisure facilities so can't comment on them.

The room was very clean. The hotel staff were amazing. Very courteous and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a big selection plus a grab a sandwich on the way out service which I’ve never seen before
