Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing.
On the first day, my room was not cleaned at all. The second day, I went out and came back, and it still hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked housekeeping, I was told that my room was scheduled to be cleaned around 4:00 PM. After asking several more times, someone finally came, but it shouldn’t have taken repeated requests.
I stayed in a ground-floor poolside room, and the outdoor area was not well maintained. The patio railing, chairs, and surrounding area were covered with bird droppings, making it unpleasant to sit outside or enjoy the space.
Overall, the housekeeping service and cleanliness did not meet the standard I expected, which made the stay much less enjoyable.

Love the Maui Coast Hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, pools are nice and the amenities are awesome. Bike rentals included with stay. Beach is right across the street and so many cute shops, stores and places to eat nearby. Definitely would recommend.

Everything about the Maui Coast Hotel was top notch. From the moment we checked in (actually even before that with the pre-communications about our stay) we were treated like VIP’s.
Location was a quick walk to the beach.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views.
The pools were awesome.
The entire staff was extremely friendly too.
I honestly don’t have a single negative about our stay. For anyone considering a hotel in Maui, I highly recommend staying here.
Whenever we have a chance to return to Maui, we will definitely be staying here again!
