really nice hotel good buffet breakfast and friendly staff will def return

Our room was not great, it had this smell once we walked in. There was a stain on our towel. The hotel is just very dated and some of the rooms do need some renovations. The pool area was not the cleanest and the savanna pool was closed so we were all cramped in one pool. Staff were friendly, breakfast was ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was convenient and adjacent to the park entrance. However the decor was quite tired across the hotel and in our room. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and water marks on the bathroom floor. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.

We love staying in this hotel when we visit Chessington world of adventures The hour early entry to the park and the evening kids entertainment is great. Highly recommended.

Great family hotel nice clean big rooms breakfast was nice and lots to do

Good things - free parking, early entry to park Not so good- rooms are tired, food is average Bad - bedroom walls are paper thin really noisy, food and drinks are extremely expensive for what you get (basically fast food)

Wide room, with plenty of activities for kids especially the meet and greet of Paw Patrol characters and kid’s party in the evening. Have to book swimming pool in advance as slots go quick
