The room staff and amenities were great.

This is the place to stay if you want to have a good time in Brooklyn/Williamsburg.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE POOL! We were at an event in Manhattan and trekked out to Williamsburg to stay here so that we could enjoy a pool day. Made reservations for poolside lounges. Got a call the day we were checking in that "if it rains, we may close the pool" and asking if we wanted to cancel our lounge chairs. We declined, knowing how NYC weather shifts quickly, and that we would likely get at least a few hours of pool time, since rain wasn't expected until after 4pm. Overnight the storm shifted even further north, but the pool staff didn't seem to care. Went down to the pool at noon (it is almost 80 degrees and only slightly overcast) and the doors are locked, pool closed for the day. Beyond disappointing, and cannot recommend this hotel, as the room price was only justifiable with access to the pool.

Great stay! The views were great, everything was clean and definitely look forward to staying again.

Clean and comfortable stay.

The elevator situation was a nightmare. The hotel had two working elevators and yet one of them was mostly reserved for private events! It’s as if they didn’t care about their hotel guests. We often waited 25 minutes for an elevator. And the front desk responded “well one elevator has been broken for three weeks and it will get fixed today”. That never happened. This hotel Was way too expensive for service like this.

Views of the skyline from the wraparound balcony were epic. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly from front desk to luggage attendants to housekeeping staff. Great location and vibe in Williamsburg! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The Vale was accommodating for disabled/wheelchair bound.

I wish there were firm pillows on the bed! Other than that, everything with our stay was great from valet to pool deck service

It’s ok but gets really busy with non hotel related traffic (pool and restaurants are open to the public) and the elevators to the guest rooms and event spaces are all the same Had I known, would’ve booked somewhere else tbh.
