Excellent location. Spacious clean rooms. Take advantage of the breakfast buffet.

The location is excellent. The studio room was great but be aware we asked for twin beds and apparently not guaranteed. We were moved to this room after one night as we needed our own beds. The rooms are not serviced, but you can get clean towels etc. would stay again

Great location! Wonderful staff, very friendly , helpful and professional! Highly recommend staying there!

Air Conditioning was not working and they didn’t want to give us another room. We had to ask several times. Then when we did move to a different room the shower head holder was broken.

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel compétent et serviable.

Perfect location and AC was cool.

Neat little apartment with air conditioning and in a great location. Lots of cafes and Brasseries nearby, within walking distance. Close to the Louvre Museum. Staff were friendly and polite and the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor was quiet enough with no outside noise.

I would not stay here again. Although we were given a complimentary room upgrade, it turned out to be a room with no working air conditioning during a heatwave. We specifically checked this at arrival and were incorrectly assured everything was working. Despite reporting the issue, nothing was done. The reception staff, particularly the evening receptionist, were dismissive and unprofessional throughout. A very disappointing experience that completely overshadowed the stay.

My room was awful- the carpet was dirty and the room was in poor condition overall. I did mention to reception our room(the junior suite) was a completely different standard from the room my daughter was in. The junior suite we had clearly hadn’t been renovated, and it showed in how run-down it was. I’d planned to extend my stay by a few more days, but ended up switching hotels entirely instead.
