低於平均 We stayed on the top floor. The carpet was very dirty and stained. The suite was also stained. The couch ripped, no sheets for the pull out bed. We opted in getting an airmattress from target and a set of sheets.
Pool area is absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels everywhere, loose ladders, rusty chairs, murky water.

No hicieron la habitación, solo ponían toallas limpias, nunca tendieron las camas ni limpiaron la habitación durante nuestra estadía, el desayuno muy malo y en general el hotel descuidado, deberían remodelarlo,lo único bueno fue el baño

Indoor pool was on the small side but used it frequently. Recommend the king bed Suites very roomy and with 2 TVs. Can't say enough great things about all the staff, so helpful and friendly.

We found it very poor. The carpet was very dirty, the breakfast was very bad overall, and there were terrible smells everywhere.

We arrived at 4 PM and we had to wait about an hour before we got into our room. The TV cablekept going in and out. Had a hard time getting on the free Wi-Fi.
Never experienced this before. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was stale. Staff at breakfast was very rude and ignored me when I was just trying to ask her where the trash can was. Room was clean. Front desk guy was nice and helpful.

Front desk clerk was busy doing her press-on nails when we arrived. Our room stunk like stale musty water. The buffet was just okay.
We were driving from FL to SC and needed a place to sleep. It's a good thing we weren't staying here for multiple days. Best way we could put it was "it served its purpose" -- a place to crash for the night.
Awful.
